2026 Incidents

At 20:51 the Newark Fire Department was dispatched to 93 Roanoke Ave for the reported warehouse fire. At 20:55 Engine 16 reported a fire in the pallet yard. At 20:58 battalion 5 transmitted the working fire. By 18:59 crews were multiple lines and setting up aerial master streams. Crews continued to pull additional lines and establish water supplies. Deputy 1 arrived at 21:04 and assumed command, the fire was contained to the pallets at the time and all hands were working. The fire was marked under control at 21:36.
